Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies only to purchases made on ‘mifold Malaysia online store’ (www.mifold.my). For mifold products purchased elsewhere, kindly check the policies of your respective platform. Any circumstances not covered by this policy will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.

Returns

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item and request for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will refund or exchange the product after receiving the returned item. To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must notify us within 7 days from the date you receive the item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item should in original packaging. 
  • You must provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

Refund

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item and request for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Please contact us before arranging a return to initiate the return and refund process. We are unable to refund items that have not been returned using the proper procedure. 
  • You are advised to use a reliable courier service to return the products to the address below at your own cost. You may also return to products to our HQ in person (by appointment).
  • Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You also can choose to exchange with a new product of the same value (subject to stock availability).
  • For refunds, you will be credited the full value of the product, excluding delivery costs.
  • Please allow at least 3 to 5 working days (excluding Public Holidays) for us to process your refund.
  • You will receive your refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or bank’s policies.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are only applicable for any damaged or wrong item(s) received.
  • To exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item should in original packaging. 
  • We will exchange the product after receiving the returned item.
  • You must provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping policy for Returned/Exchanged item

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • You are responsible to ensure that the item posted has been labelled and addressed clearly and legibly and wrapped neatly, securely and safely for transportation and able to withstand the handling of courier. 

We are not responsible if the item is missing or lost in transit due to the courier service. You are advised to use a reliable courier service to return the products.
